PAYMENT is due on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS/ CHANGES can be made up until 12noon the day before arrival.

1 NIGHT DEPOSIT is charged to the credit card at time of booking.
CANCELATIONS / CHANGES Deposit can be refunded if cancellation is made 12noon 2 DAYS before arrival date.

Make a note when booking if you would like your card charged before arrival:
Date of charge, $ amount to charge.
PLEASE NOTE: We only refund the 1st night deposit. So plan carefully when doing this option.
We do not do REFUNDS once you have checked in, or within our cancelation period (48 hours before arrival).
